Some personal updates…
Just two weeks ago, we had a separate office Christmas party… err… separate means that our account had our own Christmas party so instead of the whole office, we had a separate one (err… magulo pa din yata ang explanation ko.
It was held in Elbow Room (nakakatakot yung lugar, puro siko yung sumambulat sa kin. Bwahahaha. Hang korni) and it was yeah alright. It is expected that newbies wouldn’t party with us much and that’s what happened. I have an underlying concept (uy… lalim. Sa Business World ko napulot yan kahit hindi ako nagbabasa nung magazine nay un) of parties that all parties should always be enjoyed. If you’re not in your party mode then don’t go (in short, bawal ang kj.
Next in the list is the real Christmas Party for the whole company. I was part of the “organizing” committee and the funny thing is I went on a 5 hour lunch break before the event. People were looking for me because I did the choreography for the account’s presentation. Anyhoo and eventually, we were able to start the party on time (late lang ng mga two hours yung party) and I facilitated the age-old game, Trip to Jerusalem Talong Version.
And we won the presentation activity!!! I’ll be posting the video sometime. Basta pag sinipag ako ng malupet.)
Sunday entered and we went to Tagaytay. Thank God for the cool breeze and the cool friends (ay wait. Ako lang yung cool sa kanila. Friends lang pala. Bwahahahaha). We went there to eat mushroom burger, bulalo, and ice cream with fog. Yes, me wants to go back. Siriusly.
Tuesday came and it sucked. I still had to train newbies. All I wanted was a simple vacation in the office. I just wanted to chill out and sleep. (at nung Christmas ko lang sya natikman and the days after. Hindi nga lang ako nakapanood ng movie or nakapagbowling in the process. Blech.)
Wednesday was the bomb in a nice way (hindi yung bomb na mabaho na galing sa putok ng mga may jabar.) Choir had the very first mass choir in years. (opkors bumenta kami sa mga nasa simbahan.) And the priest was sort of pestering us to sing the day after and at least once every month next year. Oh father, we wish we could. We’re not young anymore.
Night came and we rocked the house down. We had our choir Christmas Party after. Hooray for that. Videos will be posted later. Once I get the raw film from our mate. Syetters. Namiss ko yung ganung kadaming tao.
Christmas Eve was nice. I had to pick up some whores… err… some food and fresh fruits (fresh fruit salad with Nestle Cream! F**k The What!) And as usual, my dad slept. But it’s all good. Hehe.
Christmas was just back to work and the day after… Thank you Twilight and
Lastly, just last Saturday, a Gamboa clan reunion. I’m not alcoholic so when I say that two tequila shots while driving is a big deal for me. I promise to bring goods next year so that I’ll be able to share the blessings.

(ayun… 2009 talaga ang winner year. Basta, walang kokontra.)
