Wow! Non-stop happenings last weekend. From left to right. South to north. X to y-axis. Etc. Etc. Atbp.

It pays to receive first hand information. You really know what's happening and such. But if you happen to forward these things you'll surely get the reply "Really?" (with matching eyebrow).

People are so skeptical nowadays that they really won't believe it even if it has had happened. Take the People Power anniversary last Friday for example. Everyone knows that a coup might happen and almost everyone didn't believe it happened. I had some first hand info last Friday about Gma's State of Emergency and also I had some first hand info regarding the "failed" coup attempt.

Sadly, most people aren't really affected by what's happening. I'm interested with our political crisis but I find it silly if I take it out on the streets. C'mon, that's overkill. Everytime we want to change our "leader", we take it to the streets? Why? I think People Power the first has all the right for that street rally. Marcos has killed more than a thousand people (which most of Filipinos are ignorant about). How about the second one? Well, we just hate Erap on top. (Sidenote: How come Erap is not receiving any blame on what's happening to us today? Don't they know that the things that he had done had an impact on a future basis, like Marcos, obviously Cory took most of the blame in all aspects of the cube.)

What third one? It is not a valid "revolution". A Revolution comes from the heart. Not from Aquino, Osmena, Roxas, or the tres amigos.

Going back, thank God that there was a failed coup. Aren't we happy that the economy is getting better (oh yeah! Efer the R-vat)? We just hate it noh? We want that freaking dollar to be equal to a hundred pesos.

Okay. I'm not for Gma. Or I condone what her husband is doing. BUT, who will take her place? Erap (the enough?), Ping (the killer?), or Noli (the druggie?). I guess the lesser evil would be fine.

Don't forget continuity.

If I am a foreigner and I'm going to invest on a country. I would surely pick a country who doesn't change their leader every three years or every time Nokia releases a new model for their phones. Obviously, as a foreigner, they want somebody who can be the pointperson in a period of time (no, one year is not a period of time).

Now, how about the latest news. 53 congressmen going to jail? Now, that's fishy. Remember Martial Law where Mr. Makoy controls the congress? Guess what...

This political instability is so shitty. How can we find jobs when there aren't any investors? How can we buy good food if our economy is sucky?

I have a solution. Time. We just have to wait for these trapos to die and let the newcomers do their thing. Twenty? Thirty years? That's fine with me as long as my children would receive good blessings in the future.

I have a lot of thoughts in mind. I don't want to type much.

Tito Jun and Tita Lyn arrived yesterday from Canada. I went on leave yesterday and today. Sadly, I wasn't able to go to the airport. I found out that the arrival of the planes of Tito Jun and the wrestlers were the same. Too bad I wasn't able to see them personally.

Wtf? What is this stupid journalist doing? Badmouthing wrestlers? Where's the hospitality.

Got a scanner and other stuff. Will give the old scanner to Aj.

I wanna go to Boracay. There are two slots with the couple and I believe that I am the only person in the clan who has the thickest face. But three days without work is not good. Maybe next time.

Looks like we won't be going to Tagaytay this weekend due to that stupid coup attempt. What the fuck is happening in this country? When will the proper continuity of the government happen?

Damn you greedy politicians. Your children and your children's children would surely suffer.

So, what's the update?

Efer. It really is the sheet.

Imagine, I think i've bought a virused windows Xp installer.

Here's the thing that I did.
1. re-partitioned hard drive.
2. formatted hard drive.
3. installed windows xp.
4. installed ad-aware.
5. searched for anything.
6. one cookie found: alexa.

Damn.

What I did.
1. Installed Mcafee virusscan.
2. Internet.
3. Connect to internet.
4. While connected ad-aware and virusscan is running in the background.
5. Successfully updated mcafee.
6. I forgot... turned on all the firewall.

I still have to look for a proper anti-parasite program.

I just hope everything would just be fine in the future.

Of a pc problem at its worst.

Wow! Great! A new pc. Good for me. I mean it feels good to have a new pc after nine years.

Then this shit came.

Up until now, i'm not sure if a virus or a spyware hit me. But one thing is for sure. The person who made that software will die. Right now. Yes, right now. Better check the obituaries.

I've been fixing the pc for a week already.

I think I tried everything. Various anti-virus programs. Various spyware programs. Various sanamabitch programs. Still. Nada.

You see here's my freakin' dilemma (dilemma? diba yan yung pag pinatay mo yung ilaw sa kwarto... dilemma), i'm not sure if I got it from downloading the latest yahoo messenger program (beware!) and then these pop-ups came up poppin'. I ignored it the first time but after a few hours shit came. Auto-shutdown. Disabled anti-virus programs. Slow computer. The works. Not to mention a lot of spyware cookies and viruses entered my pc.

So, I thought it would be nice to format my oh-so-good pc. Formatted. Installed windows. Installed anti-virus (ready to update). Installed modem. Updating anti-virus in the internet.

It's back.

Shit.

So, after seven reformats i've decided to buy a new modem. Might be the modem drivers. I thought to myself since the cd doesn't even have an xp driver (in addition, every time i downloaded this driver during the first installation, it disappears after restart).

What's next? Outside help. I've already asked computer-worthy people. But alas, the problem is still there. Now, i've asked somebody about my dilemma.

And she told me to repartition the pc. I was thinking of this before but I haven't done this yet.

Finally! A new computer. BUT the driver for the modem isn't XP compliant. I'm just wondering why its drivers aren't included in the XP package. Packers kayo...

May the souls of the faithful departed rest in peace for the people who died in the Ultra tragedy. The real reason why they died: Wowowee's karma. If you can remember last Holy Week, Wowowee didn't take a leave of absence. They were enjoying during Holy Week. Bad for them. Bad for the people.

Currently addicted to Civilization IV. Even though that the graphics is very very bad. As in undescribable, I can still manage to play the game. After all, i'm not for the graphics but for the gameplay. It is really addicting. Sadly, I can't play NBA 2K6 and NFSU2. Why? Next paragraph.

After a successful gout, my father has developed a hernia. We need at least 50 thou at least (or less?). This is really a trial for our family. I hope we can collect that sum of money as soon as possible.
